At RoughCut Official, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade clothing. Due to the nature of our business, each item is crafted to order, which means that it may take up to a month to construct your garment. This time period is necessary to ensure that we are able to order the appropriate materials and hardware, and to accommodate other custom orders that may take place before yours.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Because all of our clothing is handmade to order, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We stand behind the quality of our work, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is a sizing issue or a fault in the garment, please contact us via direct message on Instagram @garmgoblin or email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that due to the high volume of messages we receive on Instagram, it is best to contact us via email for a faster response time.

We ship worldwide from the UK, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing, and we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged on international orders.
